Every year we have Maine maple Sunday here in the state of Maine. We went to the Lane Farm they had so much stuff going on. Do you know it takes 40 gallons of syrup to make just one gallon of the finished product. WOW!!! That is dedication!! We learned a lot about the whole process and how it goes from the tree to your plate . Brandon was really interested in it all. There was a horse drawn sleigh ride. Cailan loved that and we took a nice ride, but in the middle of our ride the sky opened up and a small blizzard took way. It was so cold but it cleared and and the sun came out. We got to see how the syrup is made and saw it cooking. They gave away ice cream with maple syrup on it, it was really good. They also had maple syrup covered popcorn. You could also tour the farm and see all the animals. Cailan was in love with this one baby cow it was so cute. I got a picture of her petting it, but I did NOT want her to kiss it. I am so germ phobic when it comes to that stuff. All and all we had a great time and that was her first Maple Sunday which was fun to watch and know we got to experience with her. Here you go!! xoxo

~Bunkey and his Pumpkin Head~

Well Seamus a.k.a Bunkey....calls Miss Cailan "his little Pumpkinhead" we do not know where he got it from but that is what he calls her. He was over the other day visiting and he wanted to take a tubby with Miss Cailan so he got in and they played for about an hour and had a blast as you can see. I know these pictures will come back to haunt them and they will hate me but I could not resist. These will probobly be their class night photos.....titled "friendship" LOL LOL LOL
